After two hours last night on the phone with the pharmacist and the belfair pharmacy. I came to Shelton to pick up my prescription up. Was told that it would be ready at 10:00 am. Got here at 12:30 and was told that they weren't ready. I was upset and asked when they would be ready. I was told that it depends on how mad I got. But 40 minute's because I was mad. The jerk was reported to the manager. Last time I come here

I contacted the pharmacy a week before my new mood disorder medication was out because I know that it might take a while because it was a new medication and there had to contact with the doctor. but after a week and a half with out contact from pharmacy I contacted the pharmacy just to find out that they had faxed three times but didn't call the doctor's office fast for 7 days i still don't have my medication because of issues that could be solved over a phone call instead they faxed two more time. I contacted the pharmacy again to see what was up because I need this medication just to be told to contact my doctor to see what was going on so I contacted my doctor and my doctor said to have the contact the pharmacy them and ask why I was contacting them instead of the pharmacy. I have not had issues in the past but I need a pharmacy that is accountable and will provide me with my medication in a timely manner please contact me if you're not able to provide this.
