She seems to have unlimited patience and explains everything clearly so I can understand and make educated decisions. I really like my hearing aids. It's amazing how much I can hear with them - I didn't even know I had that bad of a hearing loss. Crystal cleans and services them without charge, something other providers charge for. So, I developed an ear infection that was affecting my hearing. I went to Crystal for advice, since she's my go to ear person. It was worse than I thought. My particular problem required being referred to an ear-nose-throat specialist and then a surgeon in Seattle. I don't want ear drum surgery - it sounds scary and I think I hear well enough to go without it. I took information from the doctor's offices and showed it to Crystal at Miracle Ear. She explained why it is important to have the surgery because losing my hearing effects how my brain works and contributes to Alzheimer's, dementia, and other major health issues I don't want. I'm so happy I have her. She always gives me all the time I need and keeps me informed of any new developments that might help me. And, I get a cute, hand made treat every time I visit.
