  My husband I have relied on Dr Guo for several oral surgical procedures over a number of years. He and his staff are professional in ever aspect and we have full confidence in successful outcomes.

  Nothing but good things to say about everyone here. I was super frustrated and not wanting to do what needed to be done because I was scared. Every person was so nice and reassuring. Dr. Guo was impressive and meticulous. I appreciate the cleanliness and the efforts made to make sure everything was sterile. I am surprised at how little pain I am in and barely any swelling. From the bottom of my weee lil heart, Thank you!!!

  Lesley was extremely helpful and got me checked in quickly, at first I was worried about the cost but Jeff was able to assuage my fears and explained my options. Dr Guo was very gentle and made it clear that he actually cares about each and every one of his patients. His assistants Tatiana and Tamra were both clearly competent and on top of everything.

  ​I brought my son in to get his wisdom teeth out. While the initial appointment seemed to go well, the lady who checked us in needs to work on her communication and the tone she uses with patients. It wasn't enough that I would have left a review, though. ​My main issue is that I scheduled a follow-up for 4:30 p.m. about a week later to ensure everything was healing properly. Two days before, I received a text message stating that I could either come in earlier or I would have to reschedule for a different day. I called the next day to clarify, and they said my appointment needed to be rescheduled because there was too much time between the appointment before mine and our 4:30 slot. ​I took a day off from work for the extractions, but I don’t have unlimited personal days and cannot always take time off, which is why I specifically requested that time when the appointment was made. I find it very unprofessional to be forced to reschedule simply because the original time is now inconvenient for the doctor's office. This is not a company I would do business with again.
