I don't understand the poor reviews, I've had nothing but excellent service from this pharmacy!

Came for a vaccination since the pharmacy website for this specific store says they take walk-ins. Waited ten min without ever being acknowledged by any employee in the pharmacy. Once somebody did acknowledge me they told me they do not take walk-ins and that I could leave and schedule an appointment. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I hope they fix their website so other people don't have the same issues I just did.

I’ve had lots of issues with pharmacy’s but not this one! They are very friendly here and the line isn’t too crazy (esp compared to other Safeway pharmacy’s in Seattle).

I had a negative experience. There were multiple issues with getting my prescription filled, but worse than that an employee named Heidi was rude and loudly embarrassed me in front of a full line of people, she was mistaken about the status of my prescription and talked over me and would not let me explain to her why she was mixed up. When my prescription was finally ready, again days (not 30 min) after she realized her mistake, I attempted to give feedback gently, but she again spoke over me, wouldn’t hear me, and said I had her mixed up with someone else. I did not. Took weeks to finally get my prescription, but that’s ok, I just didn’t appreciate that part.
