On average it takes 5 cells to reach anyone and took me 1.5 weeks of calling + daily messages before reaching anyone. And unfortunately you have to call them because refill request over the app are ignored. Meds you’ve consistently have refilled here are out of stock for weeks and only get refilled after calling 500x to see if they’ve got it back
