Going to have to just pack up my kids and go up there for a prescription that’s probably not even ready! All the other replies from months back stating the same issue claim the feedback is being “noted” whatever that means! Because they STILL do not answer the phone months after knowing this is an issue. There’s tons of elderly who rely on public transport and shouldn’t have to come up to the pharmacy just to check the status of their prescription!
