Is there a way I can contact the owner by phone? It's a very srnsitive situation I am dealing with with this pharmacy's management specifically.

This pharmacy is completely unreliable. I was given incomplete medication at a time when I actually needed it, which is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. On top of that, they never answer their phone—no matter what time you call—and they don’t respond to messages either. It feels impossible to get any support or clarification when issues come up. This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve had.

For some reason there’s always a problem here whether it’s filling scripts or communicating with the staff. The only person with customer service skills is the actual pharmacist. All in all just rude people here. If you want to be spoken down and spend 45 min while picking up your rx (if it’s even ready) definitely go here. EDITED: to add that they lied about not receiving my prescription and only admitted it once my provider sent a screenshot of the time it was accepted by the pharmacy. If you don’t have literal receipts they’ll pass off accountability to anyone but take it themselves.

If I could give a negative star I would. First, waiting even if there is no line for 8 mins. Standing there with no one acknowledging you, even when you speak to them. Then terrible customer service. I guess these things go hand and hand. I get it. Bartell’s was put out by RiteAid. But really, it seems like business would be booming by you can’t be bothered by my business. A simple acknowledgement would go a long way. But really I am here because you asked me to wait 15 mins to fill my script after you send me that it is ready. Then you say you will fill the other tomorrow. But when I show up tomorrow, not first thing mind you. You tell me you didn’t get around to it and ask me to wait another 15 mins. Literally only have to print a label and stick it on my nasal spray. Then you want to give me attitude that there are 10 people in front of me, but no one is around. If wanted attitude. I would go to a coffee local coffee shop.

These jokers send out an automated text saying that my prescription is ready. I drive to the pharmacy and the staff say it's not ready for pickup and to check back later. I come back 2 days later, they say the same thing. I come back 2 days later and they say it's not ready, and that it may have been put back on the shelf because I took so long to pick it up. I demand it to be filled ASAP, as I'm now out of my prescription, they begrudgingly offer an urgent refill but say it will take 1+ hours. These folk are terrible at customer service and can't even fulfill the basic duties of the job, absolutely terrible.
