Physical Therapy
At Renew Physical Therapy our mission is to serve our community by providing individualized and consistent one-on-one care, empowering patients to better health.
Our goal at Renew Physical Therapy is to help patients return to the activities they love without medications, injections, or surgery. Treatments utilize manual therapy techniques, individual exercise prescriptions, and patient education. We teach patients how to move, lift and sit and provide self-treatment techniques. Our job is simple, we help guide patients back to their prior level of function and prevent further injury.
Our one-on-one treatment is tailored to address your goals so that you can work smarter, play harder and live better.

Kyle was my therapist and he knew exactly where to press and pull. The targeted exercises wore me out. I gained flexibility and strengthen my shoulder from treatment and exercises I received here. I would highly recommend others looking for physical therapy from knowledgeable people to come here.

Megan and Lynn were the best PT team I could have asked for, always pushing me to focus on the fundamentals and celebrating small successes.
