Physical Therapy
At Renew Physical Therapy our mission is to serve our community by providing individualized and consistent one-on-one care, empowering patients to better health.
Our goal at Renew Physical Therapy is to help patients return to the activities they love without medications, injections, or surgery. Treatments utilize manual therapy techniques, individual exercise prescriptions, and patient education. We teach patients how to move, lift and sit and provide self-treatment techniques. Our job is simple, we help guide patients back to their prior level of function and prevent further injury.
Our one-on-one treatment is tailored to address your goals so that you can work smarter, play harder and live better.

Their kind and attentive clinic manager, Rebecca, connected me with the perfect physical therapist for my issues and goals. I have had several physical therapists, and, by far, the best is Stefanie at Renew Physical Therapy! She listens exceptionally well, knows a wide repertoire of suitable exercises to recommend, and is able to quickly and creatively pivot to a variant of those as needed. Also, her humor and positive attitude make each session with her enjoyable!

It is always a pleasure to spend an hour with the ladies at the front desk and the crew of therapists. They created a PT plan that worked well for me and, most importantly, they truly listened to my concerns regarding balance and fear of falling. As an added bonus, there is easy parking right out front, which made getting to appointments stress-free. I’m very happy with my progress!
