  This place was terrible, there is no customer service whatsoever, no explanation or information if your appointment is due and past the time and the only human person that deals with the people in the waiting area is incredibly rude and won’t answer your questions. I hope you don’t have to come to this place ever. On the bright side booking the appointment and “checking in” is super easy.

  First, the facility is dingy and uncomfortably cold. This is not a reflection on the staff or local management. It is the result of extreme corporate cost-cutting to squeeze every last drop of profit Second, the post-visit survey is deceptive. After completing it, the flow presents what appears to be a Google review prompt, including a Google logo. It does not connect to your account or create a real public review. It is a deliberately deceptive system that misleads users into believing they are posting to Google when they are not.

  -Secure an appointment time online otherwise wait is unclear. -Note: this lab is on 12th floor. (Parking garage was $10) -Lab technician chose a tricky spot to draw blood and got it first try. Well done! -I ordered labs online (Direct Labs & Just Labs) as it was cheaper for self pay and they were sent to Quest. Quest had them in the system when I arrived. Was unexpectedly smooth process.

  afternoon walk-in via standby. took less than 10 min, total 20 total for first draw with pre-order. extremely fast and professional team! highly recommend
