Came here for a flu shot at my scheduled time. Sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes as they took walk ups before me until I said something and they realised they skipped me. No apologies from staff

Polite, professional, and relatively fast. The line can be a bit long but it moves.

I find the pharmacists to be friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes it takes them a few days to fill a prescription but that is a supply chain issue and NOT the fault of these hard working pharmacists. Yes, sometimes there are lines but IMO this is the best pharmacy in the area and I will continue to get my prescriptions here.

Been coming here for the past year and have seen no issues. Sure there are lines at times but what pharmacy in Seattle doesn’t. All of them are closing down. I’ve had no issues with customer service as well.
