When I called back to find out the reason, I was immediately asked to provide my date of birth by a lady without any clear explanation of the purpose of the call. This raised concerns about privacy and data security. I was later informed that the call was simply a promotional outreach asking me to use their pharmacy for prescriptions. Why date of birth directly asked for a marketing call?
