When I questioned that—because I know I have more—she suddenly “found” the others. This isn’t just laziness; it’s dangerous. There are elderly patients and people with serious health conditions who rely on pharmacy staff to be competent, thorough, and attentive. Sloppiness like this could literally cost someone their life. Amber’s lack of attention and unwillingness to do her basic job requirements is unacceptable. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in a healthcare environment. Do better.

I don't have any specific story to tell of them facing the trials of Hercules for me, but I can say that they've consistently been good to both me and my girlfriend over the course of years of regular visits. When there were shortages, the pharmacist would share details about where else had our medicine in stock when other places often refused to help even the slightest bit. They've been patient when we've had questions and needed help figuring out what options would potentially be best to look into for medicines that don't interact poorly with the ones we were/are taking. They're all around a class act and deserve better than their current rating.
