There are elderly patients and people with serious health conditions who rely on pharmacy staff to be competent, thorough, and attentive. Sloppiness like this could literally cost someone their life. Amber’s lack of attention and unwillingness to do her basic job requirements is unacceptable. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in a healthcare environment. Do better.
