I've had a smooth experience with ordering and pick up, until today. I called to refill a prescription that would run out while I was out of town. I explained to the person in the pharmacy how long I would be gone and why I would need to reorder this far in advance. She argued with me that it was too soon to order and that I wouldn't need it. She was dismissive and couldn't have cared less. I again walked her through how much I had left and that I would run out before I got back. She noticed that I pay for this out of pocket anyway, so she relented. The whole experience was miserable.
