Wonderful class but I cannot be giving this establishment a five star review. to explain this, let me paint the following picture. Imagine your high school crush asks you out, and you are super excited and say yes. But then, every single day leading up to the date, he calls you multiple times to make sure you are still on for the date and if you will actually be there and not stand him up. It is starting to get really annoying and you begin to contemplate whether you even found this guy ever cute in the first place. But the calls continue. You go out with him anyways, and tell him that you are unfortunately not interested. But he keeps calling. Every. Single. Day. For the same reason: how did the date go? Did I have a good time? It is becoming unbearable. You don’t even understand how you liked this guy in the first place. Now, this story has nothing to do with my high school crush but really it’s Pure Barre customer service being more scared of rejection than a teenage boy. I have decided to sign up for a trial class. I had a ten minute conversation on the phone about my experience with workout classes, injury history, etc., and let them know that I was confirming my reservation. I thought that conversation was enough of a confirmation for my class. Boy did I think wrong! I got SIX MORE CALLS leading up to my class with voicemails saying: “we want to confirm your class…” Was ten minutes of talking to you not enough of a confirmation???? I went anyways, and after the class let them know that a membership was not something I was looking for at the moment. I thought I was finally of the hook. BUT NO! THEY WILL KEEP CALLING YOU! DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR PHONE NUMBER! THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE! They are giving me more attention than my Duolingo owl and that is saying a lot. While I am not an industrial engineer, the work done by the customer service team is a prime example of MUDA (or one of the seven forms of waste). This abundance of spam calls is unnecessary work, and if this effort was utilized towards ANYTHING else, maybe the company could actually benefit. This is just a suggestion because I really did enjoy the classes but this amount of attention is honestly peeving me and the more they call the more I want to block their number and never return to the establishment. Thank you for reading.

Signed up for the intro free class, and received more than 6 phone calls & 10+ texts asking for me to call them for class instructions, & harassing me to share more about my health journey… I asked to be removed multiple times before I had to block the number(s). Not normal for a first class signup. Bummed to cancel but horrible intro experience.
