Although they are hesitant to get started because of the expense of all-night care and because Will is still not convinced they need any help at night, Chris was the ultimate professional and answered all the questions, asking a few of his own as well. He was so polite and understanding when Sharon and Will told him they did not want services after all at this time but left his card and a Home Instead brochure, encouraging them to call him if and when services were needed. He also was very friendly and listened to their personal stories and left the impression that he was indeed very interested in them as individuals in addition to potential clients.
