She really worked with us to help my mom feel comfortable with the process. my mom has not been thrilled to have someone help her in her home. Plus, my mom has a big dog that can seem scary at first, which makes finding a care aide challenging. I’m sure all of this poses a huge challenge for the care coordinator but she rose to the occasion.
