    Extremely disorganized. They keep missing prescription refill dates, even after multiple calls where they "assure" me everything will be ready. You can't reach them on the phone unless you are extremely lucky. They keep putting you on hold on purpose and never pick up. If I could give negative stars, I would.

    They misleadingly printed “no refill available” when there are clearly multiple refills, which led to some back-and-forth and I wasn’t able to take my medication for a week. But most of the times they get the job done, and have no problem with my insurance. I do appreciate that.

    --Awful wait times--why are you sending out "prescription ready" notices when they aren't? I had to wait 2 hours for a single medication fill after they told me "Just twenty minutes" and was the only customer waiting for those two hours. What were they doing when there were zero other customers? I have worked in pharmacies before, and this is wildly unacceptable. Zero task prioritizing skills. --Staff was polite, but incredibly insensitive, unintentionally being quite offensive and almost HIPAA noncompliant with how they were speaking about information and dealt with customers. --None of the technicians, nor the pharmacist were trained on fairly simple and common functions of the Point of Sale system and software they were using. Why are you putting people in technician positions when they don't even know how to use your terminal????

    The people who work here are nice, but the wait time to get a prescription filled is unacceptable. Prescriptions go unfilled for many days after they say they will be ready to pick up. If you need anything urgently, go to a different pharmacy.
