This is a great establishment, and they will fill everything correctly if you are patient. Compared to the other pharmacies I've used, they are the most competent and efficient team. I have switched many pharmacies before and if you understand the regulations per medication you take, it will become clearly obvious why switching pharmacies a hassle. I fully recommend this place as long as you aren't a prick, if you are, just go somewhere else to shorten the line. Thank you Lam, Stephanie, Princess, and Miguel for helping me over the years, I won't have to switch pharmacies anymore thanks to your amazing service!
And for anyone worried about the waiting or the staff, just give them your kindness and you shall be treated like a king.

I've been picking up from Greenwood Fred Meyer for quite a while now, switched to the Ballard one because it's closer. And wow, what a mistake.
Long story short, nothing the pharmacy employee (I think they put their "tough" person on the line with me after I first talked to a different gentleman) made a lick of sense. Not one bit.
I was being as calm and collected as possible, because this isn't my first rodeo with the difficulty of refilling this medication.
Conversation roughly:
Yes I'm checking on the status of my medicine, thank you
Why did you have it switched from Greenwood to Ballard? Unfortunately there's a nationwide shortage
Yes I totally understand the constant shortage. My doctor sent in the request on November 24th, it's now December 9th. Also I'm not sure why switching the location has any bearing on anything.
You shouldn't have switched the location. Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate. There's a nationwide shortage.
I understand. But why does me switching the location have anything to do with that? They're both Fred Meyer pharmacies.
You shouldn't have switched the location. There's a nationwide shortage. We're unable to accommodate.
So what do I do?
*silence*
Hello? When can I pick up my prescription please? I need it to function.
Again, there's a nationwide shortage.
Ok, I get that. And I didn't mean to be a problem or an issue here (trying my hardest to appease this person, and it was completely impossible) Can you tell me when I might be able to pick up my medicine?
Ok we'll "make a one time exception"
Can you tell me what that means and when I will be able to pick it up?
Again, there's a nationwide shortage. In the future, don't switch the location, we're unable to accommodate.
I'm confused, can you tell me when I can pick it up please?
We'll make a one time exception and "maybe" work on it later tonight, but it could be Friday.
(defeated.) Ok. "Thank you."
And, I'm not nearly doing justice the number of times she repeated "There's a nationwide shortage" and "You shouldn't have switched the location" and "We're unable to accommodate" to questions of mine that had nothing to do with any of that.
I'm not one to yell and customer facing employees, I get the struggle. So I didn't with her, even though I was close. The most I said was just "I don't understand any of this."

Absolutely worthless.Customer service.I have been using them for a year and have to have called them EVERY, and yes I mean EVERY single time I need to refill a couple of different scripts. They are rude, and unhelpful, and most importantly, INCOMPETENT!!! Don't waste your time, energy, or frustration. I am SO sick of having to jump through hoops and do a freaking song and dance every time I NEED this prescription. The only reason they have repeat customers is because it's convenient. That's why i've stuck through this B.S. for a year, but it is decidedly inconvenient when I have to stop work, for at least 2 hours, every single month, just to be on the phone going back and forth between these incompetent people and my doctor.

Not voucher friendly. I've heard everyone complain about how the homeless is stealing so much food but then they're not voucher friendly. I'm trying to pay for it. A slap in the face for the saints at St Vincent de Paul's. I love you guys at St Vincent's thank you for the voucher I will make it work,
