  It was a dark and stormy night (after all this is Seattle) I was late. Late for everything. Late to get up. Late for dinner and late to get my persriptions at Fred Meyer. The gates were closed. The lights were turned off and there i was looking longingly at the counter when i saw movenent. It was Lam and Marx getting ready to leave. When Lam saw me on the other side of tthe locked door, she could have ignored me . She could have told me the pharmacy was closed, put her jacket on and left. Instead she asked me if i was there to pick up, opened the gate and, along with Marx, looked for my perscription, gave that to me and found out that i was waiting to get a refill on another order. She gave me a 3 day supply while i was waiting. Thank you Lam and Marx for going above and beyond. The best customer service from the best people and the best pharmacy ever.

  The pharmacist makes her own rules and does not care about patient care. Late to fill my medication every month. Then told me she was no longer filling my prescription because they have their own rules. No warning, no notice, and blamed her staff. If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend.

  I understand that pharmacies are understaffed in this area but the pharmacists here act like you’re committing a personal violence against them by having the audacity to have a medication prescription. Do yourself a favor and just pick a different pharmacy before choosing this one.

  Call ahead. You can be the only person there after 6 PM and they will tell you to come back in a hour because there are five orders in the computer ahead of yours.. Sad.

  Lam Dang and ALL of the Staff are absolutely amazing. Great Service, Compassion and Hard working. I can't recommend them enough
