We had an amazing training session with Jacyntha. She is so patient and helpful in explaining how the machines work. The machine that I was seated at has a skylight above so I needed sunglasses!!

The workout is quick and I can tell I have had a workout. Garrett is knowledgeable on the workout and equipment as are the other trainers. I have just worked with him more. The office in Ballard has been flexible which has been super helpful. Communication is outstanding. Nice people and a nice place to exercise. I recommend it. My pickleball game has improved with the increased strength.

It works! I saw the ads for The Perfect Workout for a couple years before I finally decided to book a consult. I was having a hard time believing that you could get good results in just 20 minutes a few times a week, but it does actually work! I did CrossFit for 7 years, but my body ain't no longer can handle the stress of that workout. I am so happy that I found this concept!
Yes! FastFit’s Adaptive Resistance™ technology ensures every workout is maximized for efficiency and effectiveness. By working out just twice a week for 20 minutes, your body gets the perfect balance of muscle activation and recovery for sustainable results.
