  I can't remember the last time that I was in a grocery store or like Target and the service was above and beyond! I am not 100% certain if the area that sells glasses, eye exams ect is Target or stands alone, kinda like the CVS Pharmacy in Target, is not Target. Time to get to the point! The woman that was working when we walked by yesterday, saw me stop and reading some info. Not even one little but pushy she asked if I had any questions about some amazing glasses that also have a tiny speaker in them that allows anyone that's hard of hearing a simple solution that works better than hearing aides. The OB that helped us is Gina. We spent about 30 minutes asking questions and learning about this reasonably new on the market glasses/hearing device. Gina had my friend Frank try them on and spend sometime listening and walking around to see how well they worked. Frank loved them. Throughout the entire process that includes going back today for eye examination and ordering new glasses, Gina was so very nice, thoughtful, lighthearted and knowledgeable. The OB that did the exam, June Wang was also super nice and helpful!! I briefly spoke to one other employee today that seemed very kind as well. Yay Target if that's who runs the Optometrist's Dept. if you are looking for glasses, contacts, prescription sunglasses or the new AI glasses that seem really amazing, or want to check out the hearing/glasses that I highly recommend, go to Northgate Target and next door to RX you can get some that you rarely see anywhere!! Ask for Gina! Tell her Gina sent you because her name is my name too!

  Dr. Wang is very kind and patient. He helped me with my concerns of hereditary eye diseases and the testing was comfortable and easy. The representative at Target Optical were then very helpful with my lenses and frames choices. Great customer service and knowledgeable about my insurance plan. Highly recommend this location and team. I am a patient since 2020. Thank you everyone!
