Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
I attended a class as a guest and absolutely loved it. I honestly didn't expect to be as challenged as I was. As an Orange Theory member, I was amazed to discover how many hidden muscles had yet to *truly* be smoked by a workout. Whereas Orange Theory is more explosive in style, the class I attended was focused on time under tension and focused reps. Bianca was a great instructor--clear, kind, attentive. Also, it should be mentioned that they also offer childcare, which removes one more barrier to getting into the studio for us busy parents. I would highly recommend--especially with some of the promos they are currently offering!

The instructors at this studio are friendly and welcoming. I like the instructors' energy - cheerful and positive without being too peppy for an early morning class.
