- LPL PMar 15, 20262.0The CSX class description says unheated but it was SUPER hot and the heat was clearly blasting hot air. Heat sensitive folks be aware. Dangerous to do cardio in that heat/humidity (floor was wet with humidity). Additionally, the class app said it was full body day but the teacher changed it to arm day once we arrived, which isn’t great for someone wanting to give upper body a rest. Class was efficient and a good work out at least, just unpleasantly and unexpectedly hot.

I took a class instructed by Olivia de Ponce and she was spectacular! She made me feel welcomed, and guided the class so well! Definitely recommend booking one of her classes!
- SHSarah HarrisonDec 19, 20195.0The studio is always very welcoming. They have a lot of class times so I can almost always make one work even with my varied schedule. I have yet to meet an instructor I didn’t love! Even with all the sweaty bodies the studio is always clean without lasting odors. I wish the locker room was bigger but that’s so minor, and I can always find a locker- just squeezing past people when it’s crowded. But hey, no big deal for that 3 minutes. The classes themselves are just awesome, I always feel like I’ve gotten a good workout, and always feel welcome to rest anytime when I’m having a tired day. I love the core component in each class, it is a unique feature of these yoga studios that keeps me coming back. I can’t say enough about how much I love CorePower!!!
