  I am extremely disappointed that Puget Sound Hearing is not equipped with a "Hearing InstrumentTest Box". I went for six months having my Audiologist Sara Sommers, who is absolutely amazing, handle my case with patience. She even had me take a second hearing test followed up with hours of endless computer adjustments only to realize my new Phonaq hearing aids were defective creating distorted sounds in my ears. Sara Sommers and I finally discovered this unfortunate reality when she swapped out my defective hearing aids with loaner replacements. What a world of difference! My Audiologist Sara Sommers is only as good as the equipment she has to work with and that must include the "Hearing Instrument Test Box", as she would have tested the circuitry in my hearing aids before they were placed in my ears and saved a tremendous amount of time and money for your organization and myself!

  I've had tinnitus for as long as I can remember. I finally decided to give hearing aids a try. I noticed a difference immediately. With the white noise therapy I'm able to concentrate while reading, watching TV and my sleep is better so I wake up feeling rested.
