  I would not recommend this dental office. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and the appointment felt very rushed. Dr. William Bao didn’t even wait a minute for the numbing cream to take effect before giving the injection, which made it very painful. There was also blood work done right before the extraction that felt unnecessary and did not help with the procedure or recovery. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience and I will not be returning or recommending this location to friends or family.

  I was having issues with my wisdom teeth and consulted multiple providers before choosing Dr. Toso and the team. They stood out immediately because they gave me clarity, comfort, and confidence—and never pushed unnecessary add-ons. In fact, I asked about a few add-ons that other providers strongly recommended, and they took the time to explain what was and wasn’t actually needed, which I really appreciated (especially since I was feeling pretty vulnerable and anxious). I had all four wisdom teeth extracted and was very nervous about post-op pain based on what I’d heard from friends and online. To my pleasant surprise, the pain was minimal and very manageable. Dr. Toso did an excellent job with pain management and the overall procedure. The best part of the experience was the team’s responsiveness and patience throughout the process. I had direct access to Dr. Toso after surgery and asked a lot of questions—he answered promptly and patiently without ever making me feel like a burden. They also accommodated multiple post-op visits at my request (I was very focused on making sure there were no complications) without charging extra or pushing back. Highly recommend Sammamish Redmond Oral Surgery and Dr. Toso for oral surgery care.

  I was very pleased with Dr. Brown and his team as they performed a tooth extraction and later a dental implant for me. They explained each procedure clearly and really took time to explain options and to answer my questions. Dr. Brown has excellent credentials and is a skilled oral surgeon. His staff were very supportive and understanding as I came to their office after my general dentist failed to put a full crown on a molar when it was needed, which weakened the tooth and caused the root to fracture, thus necessitating the tooth extraction. They understood that I needed additional emotional support due to this negative dental experience and they gave it to me.
