I’ve picked up my prescriptions here a few times. Don’t bother calling — they have been extremely rude almost every time I’ve asked a question over the phone. I have never had anyone respond to me the way this person did. He kept interrupting me the whole time and hung up as quickly as he could. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this since it was such an awful experience. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you need to call them.

I have unfortunately used this pharmacy in the past and I didn't realize how bad it was til I set up a different pharmacy through Safeway while I'm in college. They have no bedside manner, are very inconsistent, and don't listen fully to what you say. I just had to transfer one of my prescription medications back to my other pharmacy and I was told it was my problem and that I will have to call them. Even though I know very well they have the ability to send prescriptions to other Safeway pharmacies in the state. Very lazy behavior and disappointed yet again and really hoping to not have to use them in the future.

It’s really unfortunate that this is the closest pharmacy to me, because every experience I’ve had here has been negative. The staff are consistently rude—every single time. I don’t understand why basic kindness is so difficult. The tone is often condescending and passive-aggressive, especially when asking or answering simple questions. And this isn’t just about one person—it’s been the same issue with at least three different staff members. I understand that pharmacy work can be demanding; I work in a hospital myself and interact with pharmacists regularly. Even under pressure, it doesn’t take much effort to be respectful and professional. I’ll be looking for a different pharmacy moving forward, which is disappointing only because of how conveniently located this one is. But after never once having a positive interaction—whether over the phone or in person—it’s just not worth it anymore. If you want to be treated like a decent human being, go to another pharmacy.

They’re unable to fully fulfill a common medication even after 24 hours after the order was sent over, gave me a rude response when I asked for reason , I will do them a favor and transfer else where since it felt like they don’t have enough staff

I booked an appointment for flu shot at this pharmacy. When I reached at 7pm, they told me they can't give flu shot after 6pm. Why should Safeway website let me book an appointment at this location if they don't do vaccination after 6pm. Frustrating experience.
