  Received a word salad phone call that the “indefinite freeze” program is no longer in place. I’m on a medical hold due to IVF/pregnancy and it’s a $179 cancellation fee…. I asked to be put on the hold again and they would call me in 3 months. This is why people don’t like to sign up for programs anymore- predatory fees.

  The class was strong and well-led, and I appreciated the energy. I was surprised by the music choices, which included some very lyrically and politically charged songs. I personally found it distracting during a practice where I was hoping to quiet my mind. The playlist included songs like This Is America and Paper Planes, which are powerful and culturally significant—but for me, they felt emotionally and mentally activating in a way that made it harder to settle into the practice. I usually come to yoga for grounding and nervous system regulation, and the lyrical content including depictions of violent and uncaring behavior pulled me outward instead of inward. I consider yoga a spiritual cleansing where I go to get in touch with my body and breath and elevate my energy. Its a ritual in which I shed the negativity and stress and tension that builds in my body from the stresses of the world. The yoga was great, the teacher was excellent, the studio is clean and nice. I would respectfully request that the music be selected with consciousness of its energetic character regardless of its cultural popularity.

  I’m in love with this yoga studio! I’ve been out of practice for almost 5 years & finding this gem has been both healing and satisfying. 1. Studio - spotless clean, beautiful & peaceful with the right lighting. The lavender scented facial towels are so pampering & soothing! I felt incredibly looked after here having been exhausted from looking after others 2. Instructors - amazing and inspiring. They truly understand your needs and respect yoga. I’ve tried other yoga studios but it didn’t always quite work out. But I love the way yoga 6 instructors respect the ethos of yoga but also offers different levels & spectrums of power and meditation in their practice. I feel very energised and grateful after each class.

  A friendly welcoming studio for all ages and abilities. The teachers make everyone feel comfortable. I love this studio.
