I am consistently disappointed with this pharmacy. When I had strep I had ordered my prescription for delivery, since I could barely get out of bed, and after about 4ish hours of no email, text, call or anything (but they DID charge me) I had called and was informed they didnt even know they had that option.... when its literally on their website for the account portal... hours later again, i ended up getting someone to pick it up right before they closed. Left a bad taste, but things happen. Fast forward to today, I have a rush prescription sent in, get a text from the pharmacy a couples hours later stating more information is needed to process the fill. I call for clarification, in case its insurance thats needed, because the link takes me to the prescription information with pricing, etc, but doesnt state whats needed. The guy tells me he has nothing there processing, nothing in my account, nothing at all. I asked what my next steps are since I need these, and he stated to call the dr to send the prescription. I asked why they would need to resend it when I can SEE it in the account... I can even see the bin number its located in. I just want clarity on what I need to do since I need these today... the amount of attitude shot at me just asking for help was kind of comical. Instead of arguing I stated ill get it sent somewhere else but thank you anyways. We are all too grown to get pissed off over someone asking for help when something doesn't make sense.

I used to love going to this pharmacy. But now it's just lies from the employees and pharmacist. Saying oh your insurance won't fill it yet. But I called my insurance and they said. It was fine with them to fill it. And then you call Safeway back and they say oh well we actually won't fill until this date. So they are liieing to customers to keep there secret, that they control your prescription more then insurance and the doctor. CUZ it's always up to them . I've been a customer for 10 years total and I'm done with Safeway pharmacy, I don't want to be lied to. Who does
