  My experience was great at the Renton Clinic! Nobody wants to do physical therapy. I was reluctant, but glad I did. I came in with tennis elbow, affecting both arms. Assigned to Lhorrana DaSilva, she assessed the situation and formed a PT plan including massage. After nearly 4 months, twice a week, plus strength training, the tennis elbow is gone, I’m only left with a very minor occasional joint pain. Lhorrana did an amazing job! I enjoyed getting to know her, Lhorrana was very personable and we had fun conversations! The reception staff was very professional in person and on the phone with any requests. I would highly recommend Lhorrana and the Renton Clinic. Cheers!

  I highly recommend Renew Physical Therapy in Renton! I had to get PT after breaking my ankle on a hike and didn't really know what to expect. The Renew team is so pleasant and accommodating. Accessibility: Scheduling over the phone and in person is a breeze (Luz is great to work with!). They're on the ground level so getting into the office was pretty easy, just 3 doors to navigate from the parking lot. I never had an issue with parking either. Vibe: Very clean, good music, overall friendly and professional space. Lots of equipment available and the therapists are very attentive. Resources: They enrolled me in a helpful app that demonstrates exercise "homework" clearly. It sent me daily reminders to keep me on schedule. TIP: DO THE EXERCISES AT HOME TOO! It doesn't take that much time :) Lastly I'd like to send HUGE thanks to my PT Remington Klein! His positive attitude, knowledge, and confidence set me at ease and made my visits something to look forward to. I hope I don't need physical therapy again but if I do, I'll be at Renew in Renton with Remi. :) Thank you Renew!

  I broke my 5th metatarsal and was pretty anxious about the recovery process, but this physical therapy office made it such a positive experience. The entire team was supportive and professional every step of the way. A special thank you to Matt — he explained everything clearly, pushed me appropriately, and made sure I felt confident and safe as I regained strength. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Renew to anyone needing PT.

  I developed knee pain and instability pretty acutely and had no idea what I did to cause it. I had never been to physical therapy before but I called Renew Renton and they were able to get me in within a few days. My physical therapist, Lhorrana, was absolutely fantastic. After a very thorough assessment, she determined what the issue was and developed a clear plan to get me back to feeling like myself. In addition to Lhorrana's expertise, she was so easy to work with and also worked within the constraints of my work schedule to ensure I got what I needed. I almost immediately felt a difference and within 8 weeks, I was able to "graduate". I have zero pain/instability but most importantly, I now have the knowledge to prevent another injury while working out. Thank you Lhorrana and Renew Renton for getting me back to feeling like myself so quickly!

  I am extremely satisfied with Remington Klein at Renew PT in Renton. I came in to recover from a collarbone fracture. I regained my range of motion and also gained strength. I’m better now than I was before my injury.
