  I cancelled my membership in September 2025. Despite this cancellation, my credit card has continued to be charged for monthly membership fees and additional late fees, which I did not authorize. These charges are fraudulent. Today, I was informed by Sahil that my account was placed into collections in October 2025. This is the first time I have received any notice of this action. All of my communications with your organization have been conducted via email. When I requested to speak with an owner, I was advised that I may be contacted within 48 hours, but no confirmation or guarantee was provided. For the 2025 calendar year, I voluntarily paid over $1,000 in membership fees through September 2025. I cancelled my membership at that time due to documented health reasons. Charging my account after cancellation for services not rendered, and subsequently referring the account to collections without proper notice, is both unprofessional and unethical. I dispute all charges incurred after September 2025 and consider this matter to constitute fraudulent billing. I expect immediate resolution, including the removal of all improper charges, withdrawal of the account from collections, and written confirmation of account closure.

  This was by far the best stretch I've ever had! DJ was super thorough and I've never left a service with zero pain. I think I might have even grown an inch

  The issue is on the greedy business side as the technicians and idea are great. I signed up and went fine for five months, although its the cost of a car payment, but its a subscription service. Then I got COVID and RSV and missed 2 months because I didn't want to get anyone else sick, and had no idea when I would stop coughing. On coming back, I was charged for each those 2 months, but didn't get credited for those sessions. Its a use it or lose it deal. So I begged with Samir to get those PAID for credits added back. Then my HSA ran down, and I asked for my account to be frozen until 2026 until my HSA account refreshes in two months. Not only did they not wait, they charged my CC 3 times in December! Furious I asked to cancel my account (and lose 5 credits, I paid for) but then they required me to pay another $179... just to leave. Essentially wasting 9 credits @ about $50 each. They don't really care about health, or being fair, just money, money money. I have enough greed merchants in my life!

  Do not contact this business unless you are definitely sure that you would like to utilize their services .They will constantly call you and text you. It’s almost like their car salesman.. Also, there’s no consistency of how they conduct business. My first call that I made to them. I booked an appointment and I had to change because I wanted to see the doctor first because I have sciatic issues. They didn’t say I had to pay first. The next time I wanted to reschedule after I spoke to my doctor like I had told the rep they said you have to pay first. Then they continue to text me, their system multiple times a week. I even got calls, finally I said I will reach out to you after I see my doctor which I did and I scheduled an appointment, but I realize I needed to change the date and time of course they’re gonna tell me I can’t get a refund because it was short notice. They called me on short notice then when I tried to call them, they did not answer the phone and it was 8:30 in the morning. There was not outgoing voicemail or nothing then I get someone on Mercer Islands location Answering the phone sounding like they have been on something. Singing while they’re trying to figure out how to change my reservation. I thought I was on a sit com show. My advice is don’t contact them unless you are sure otherwise they will come for you like a car salesman Constant calls and text.

  I joined StretchLab with a 3-month commitment and completed 2 months. After injuring my knee, my doctor instructed me to stop all physical activity. I provided a doctor’s note as requested. My experience afterward was extremely disappointing. The owner, Raj, was very rude during our interaction. Sahil (Store manager) did not respond to my emails at all. Lindsey texted me stating that my account was “all set for a refund,” but later the studio refused to issue the refund. I was not asking for free services—only fair treatment due to a documented medical injury. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and reversal of what was promised were upsetting. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this location.
