  Great experience! I met with Chris at Stretchlab for an assessment on my overall flexibility. Environment was open but comfortable, only about a third of the tables were currently in use. Chris did a great job of initially explaining the process and then throughout the session as needed. This wasn’t a relaxing stretch session and was more strenuous than I had anticipated. Muscle groups were stretched out and limits were pushed, well beyond that one could do individually. Being a bit older now, I knew my flexibility and range of motion wasn’t what it used to be going into the session. Chris really helped me identify some specific muscle groups to work on and provided some home stretching suggestions to strengthen and improve those regions.

  This place is awesome. I had been getting massages all my life and always wanted to have someone stretch me and I stumbled upon this place. I am generally flexible and was matched with a Flexologist, Natalie. She is awesome, goes above and beyond to make sure that I am getting the right stretches to help me recover from my running. She is warm and friendly and does really know how to take care of her clients. Would definitely recommend her if you are going to StretchLab Renton. Also Georgia at Front Desk is great. She always makes sure that I am scheduled for my next appointment. Overall, I love this place. Great People!!! Thank You and keep doing the good work.

  BEWARE: For those with similar experience as stated below, contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and WA State Consumer Protection Attorney General's Office. Leaving this review about my experience with this business. They have misleading/predatory contract terms especially around cancellation. I was verbally promised by the manager Sahil that it was a month-to-month intro session when they first opened. However the cancellation policy requires 31 days notice rather than 30, which in practice triggers an additional month charge if you sign up in a month that only has 30 days or you just miss a single day! As a result of missing a couple of days on this cancellation period, I was charged and an extra month even though I had made it clear on multiple occasions that I just wanted to do a one month session (No leniency was offered when missing the 31-day window by just a few days). There are multiple accounts of similar predatory practices by this business and other branches in WA and other States (you can go through and read their google reviews and BBB complaints). Its also extremely difficult to get in contact with the manager via phone or email to get a clear resolution. (The management is terrible and exploitative, the experience with the therapist was good)
