I have many medical issues and I'm in there alot but they always put up with me and make me smile. I can't thank them enough!! All of them!! I'm Kathryn Clyde not Phillips. Also they know what they're doing!! After riteaid shut down i tried several but this is the best by far!!! Thank you all so much!!! ❤️
- FHFernando HernandezDec 13, 20251.0I was in line to pick up my medicine and Ethan behind the counter had said it would be about a 30 minute wait and I would receive a text, 40 minutes later after no text I can back inside and waited again in line another 10 minutes and vinnie was checking me in again she told me I had to wait another 15-30 minutes for my prescription and i said “ I was here 40 minutes ago and I was told it would be done in 30 so I asked if I could wait by the counter and she said sure then asked me which medicine I was getting and after telling her she said that my prescription was being done right in that moment and she took another customer and Christopher the pharmacist asked me for my last name and told me my prescription was done and I saw it in his hands and proceeded to send me back in line for the third time and waited another 15 minutes spending over an hour for my prescription as everyone went through and picked up their prescriptions
- JPJess PDec 12, 20251.0Today I was in that pharmacy and a muy **********“Thomas Newcorner”********* or something like that yelled at an elderly man and he was behaving very badly, the pharmacist continue left voice emails with screams and then whipped the phone really that I was creating a horrible chaos there, I didn't know who but behind me someone said that it was not the way to leave a voicemail and I was super outraged by the pathetic way I treat the gentleman, a long time ago some Asians who "did not have time" according to them and could not put the vaccines the service in that place has been declining it is disappointing that they hire people so emotionally unstable, if they do not want to work that they give the opportunity to another person and they should check very well if he is not ingesting any of the strong medications because that at least to me it did not seem very normal and if anyone knows where this incident can be reported please help
