  Whenever I have my doctor send over prescriptions to be filled. They never fill them unless I come in physically. Then when I do. I have to wait about 5 days to get the meds. I asked them why they tried to say insurance..but I pay cash. Very disorganized system im making a call to cooperate on monday

  I’m with the other reviews. It took over 2 hours to fill a prescription, and I was told they don’t even start filling it until you physically arrive to pick it up even though my prescription had been sent two days earlier. I was told this is their “policy.” After surgery, timing matters. I transferred my prescription to Walgreens and received a text that my medication was ready within 15 minutes.When I later tried to transfer the prescription back to Fred Meyer, I was told it would take 3 days, then later told 15 minutes. After waiting a couple of hours, I called Walgreens only to find out the transfer was never initiated. If you value your time, health, and prompt service especially post-surgery you’re much better off going to CVS or Walgreens.

  Dont wast you time to go there I went there at 12:30 today was long line I didn’t wait because I was in break I got a text message my medication was ready at 4:45 at 5 pm I was there employee said was closed but was still employees there Fred Meyer manager came and said we re closed I explained I really need the medication he said I can’t do anything I told him I will make a bad review he said I don’t care .was me and another guy only .i told him you said you don’t care because you don’t depends on medication every day that guy don’t have a respect to the customers be nice we are customers

  I came at 12:55 pm to Pharmacy and there was just me in line, at 1:00 o’clock they just closed the door in front of me! They could serve me cause I was the last one and was waiting for them!

  Called in scheduled flu shot appointment and walk in. The guy I spoke with was not remotely interested in helping schedule one. Kept beating around the bush, and wouldn’t give a clear answer when I asked about the wait time.
