  I called at seven in the morning asking how transferring a prescription works and they said they got transferred and told me I could go in whenever. I came in later that day at 5 PM to find that the transfer was not completed on their end blaming the other pharmacy, but also finding the prescription? The first woman started arguing, giving me answers and making comments that didn’t make sense or correspond with what was happening. The second employee was a lot more helpful in finding a solution, which was to take medications from someone who was not going to pick theirs up That day and giving me what they had which was partial of my medication. I had told the woman that I was going to leave her a good review for the resolution and she said “oh I don’t care“ and proceeded to explain why she didn’t care which again Didn’t sound good coming from their end and good thing I didn’t because I have not gotten a call about the rest of my medication and she actually didn’t even give me the full partial amount that she had stated so now I have less time and have to go out of my way once again to see if they even have my medication because they don’t follow up with their Customers

  Love this pharmacy and all of the employees there are excellent. They are kind and communicative, plus they solve any issues that come up quickly and efficiently.

  The workers at this Fred Meyer Pharmacy ALWAYS take my concerns seriously and they work hard to make sure I can get my prescription ASAP! Thank you!!!

  Pharmacy staff needs training. Got a bad experience that my time was wasted because Joshua said my insurance number does not match. Needed to call insurance and prescriber and they said there should be no issues. Found out he mixed up my last name and first name that is why he can’t find me. He also told me to come back when I receive a text message saying the meds are ready which will take 15-20 mins. I was wondering why its been 30mins only to find out from another staff that my cellphone number was entered under home phone that is why I did not receive the text. 2 small mistakes that can be prevented. Wasted precious time.. Ok i understand people make mistakes but at least have the decency to APOLOGIZE!!!

  I am 65 and was exasperated at the terrible service at RiteAid in Rainier Beach. What a big difference at the Fred Meyer. Big props to the owner and staff for professionally thorough operation.
