Club Pilates Renton is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
I was hesitant to try Pilates- I am not what I pictured as the typical Pilates student in terms of body type. But Club Pilates Renton is such an inclusive and positive space that it never was an issue. The teachers are all very supportive and can help with modifications when necessary. Now after about 6 months I can tell how much my body has changed for the better. I feel stronger and my core strength has dramatically increased. Some moves that I could not even partially do my first month are completely doable now. Am I still learning of course? I’m not quite ready for level two yet but really enjoy all of the 1 and 1.5 classes. I have also visited several other Club Pilates locations when traveling and all so far have had the same positive and supportive environment. I highly recommend this studio anyone trying to increase their core strength and flexibility in a low impact setting. Amazing!

I recently started Pilates classes and absolutely love them. The workouts effective for strengthening my core and improving flexibility. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gentle yet powerful workout

Love this place! I haven’t an exercised properly in almost 10 years and they’re very careful to do everything at your own pace. The instructors are patient and thorough and the other participants are collegial and friendly. I strongly recommend you give it a try.

As a long time member, I really enjoy the class atmosphere, and community. For example, Elizabeth is one of my frequent instructors. Every time I come she never fails to bring out a smile on my face. Her classes bring out a distinct feeling of camaraderie which is so rare to find as an adult in the PNW. All the instructors have their own unique style as well as each class type. Joining CP I lost 10 pounds of fat in the first 6 months or so. Even still I can see progress in my strength nearly each week. The low impact exercise plus stress relief makes CP a good choice for those with high stress lives.
