After paying $$ out of my pocket (on top of insurance), I was first delivered glasses with a drooping frame like it was bent in the middle. They wouldn't acknowledge it is bent but after complaining about it, they let me get a replacement frame. But this time they sold me horrible progressive lenses which are utterly useless. I am struggling to see through them even after a week of using them. On top of that the staff is so rude when you complain. They wouldn't let me talk to the store manager and give excuses that she is on vacation. They wont even give me an email ID so I can email her. I am taking my business away from this place.

Ordered prescription sunglasses for the first time and when I picked them up I told the staff helping me that the prescription was way too strong but I was quickly dismissed and told that they would take some getting used to. I tried to use them for a couple hours and the prescription was so off it made me nauseous. I brought them back in and tried to explain my issue but I was talked to like I was absolutely stupid by katie and they wouldn’t even test them to see if the prescription was near correct. I left without further assistance.

I came here for an eye exam and to pick out new frames. All of the staff were really down to Earth and I immediately felt comfortable. Special shoutout to Katie for all her knowledge of the product offerings and her expertise in picking out new frames!

I stopped by LensCrafters to get my Meta Ray Bans installed with prescription lenses. I paid hundreds of dollars for these prescription glasses and they ended up damaging my Meta Ray bans and are refusing to accept responsibility for the damage. The Eye doctor here is great (He alone deserves 5 stars) but I would never recommend making a purchase here especially if you have Meta Glasses or want to deal with people who have integrity. Now I have to open a small court claims case just to get a replacement.

Incredible experience with the LensCrafters team at Redmond Town Center. Minna and Kait were extremely helpful and walked me through the ends and outs of eyewear. They took the time to hear and answer all of my questions; and even provided honest feedback. I felt as though I had two partners working with me to make key decisions for my eyes. Thanks, I'm definitely coming back.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
