After a delayed start to the appointment, we were just asked to come back for a later session of deep cleaning.

All people including Secretary and Doctors were very nice with great patience, and all medical instruments in the clinic looked very new and prosperous. I was greatly satisfied with this visit.

I came in early to my first appointment, for there to be an issue pulling my insurance and making me wait 30 minutes after my appointment started, not including the 15 minutes I showed up early before being seen, when I'm unsure as to why my insurance wasn't pulled before hand as you had the information needed. Now, I've scheduled my wisdom tooth extraction consultation that I desperately need, at the time I needed on said day, because that's the time I had before work, since your Surgeon is only in once a month. To not be called, or consulted first about needing to move my appointment to another time slot is unprofessional. Moving people before talking to your patients, is unprofessional. I would know, I’ve done this job.
