Everyone does yoga for many different reasons and Y6 has a class and an instructor for each one of those. Personally my goal is to leave class a little bit better, whether that is physically or mentally. Kate’s and Alycia’s classes do just that for me, Kate making my mind feel refreshed (while delivering a killer workout) and Alycia bringing solid joy and vibes on her sculpt and flow classes. Kate’s mobility and slow flow classes are chef’s kiss, helping you free your mind while pushing your body to transform into the best version of yourself. Always recommend!

Terrible first experience at YogaSix. The location on Google Maps is completely misleading — it says “Floor 1” but the studio is actually on the second floor. I wasted 10 minutes running around trying to figure it out. I called the studio twice for help: the first call was hung up on (2 people were talking to each other then they hang up), and the second was ignored completely.
When I finally found the place, I was told I missed their so-called “5-minute grace period” and wasn’t allowed in. Absolutely ridiculous! I NEVER received any clear notice about this policy — not in their emails, not in their texts. How can you punish new clients for something you never communicated?
This was hands down one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. If this is how they treat new customers, I won’t be coming back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is the first time I'm posting about a fitness class review but I cannot say enough great things about the Y6 Restore class with Kate Newman. It was my first time taking it and I was blown away! All my stiffness due to constant sitting and aches and pains disappeared. And I have practiced a fair but of yoga. The instructor's voice was very soothing and apt for this restorative class on a Sunday evening.
