Instead of pressing a number like before refills, hours, speak with a pharmacist; you now have to say why you're calling. Many times having to repeat it over and over again for the automated system to understand. When you press Zero, you're transfered to the front end of the store, not the pharmacy and then the process starts over again. Why? Why did you have to mess with a system which already worked great??? So frustrating!!!!š”š”š”
