They put my pharmacy rewards to a different account and they refused to do anything about it. It could be an accident but could also be an employee stealing. Easy to do something malicious if the company does not have a system in place to resolve it.

I use this pharmacy because it’s convenient and close to my home. However, I’m seriously considering switching to Amazon because the way I’ve been treated lately has been disappointing. When people need medication, it usually means they’re not feeling their best. A little empathy and kindness can make a big difference. Unfortunately, I was just spoken to very harshly over the phone by a staff member who seemed frustrated that I didn’t have all my medication names memorized. That felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as patient experience truly matters.

They have some really rude people there...they aren't all bad but its odd how many rude people they've had there over the years. There is some lady with an British accent, she seems pretty nice.

I'll be the latest to express my frustration with the QFC Pharmacy Redmond Ridge. I had a prescription for glaucoma eyedrops which my doctor sent over Monday morning, January 26. The initial info from QFC is that these drops wouldn't be ready until February 1st. I went to the drive-thru that day to pick them up (Feb. 1st was also listed on the QFC Pharmacy Website). It took over 5 minutes for anyone inside to acknowledge that I was at the drive through window. Then I was told they wouldn't be ready until February 5th. I showed the app which was saying February 1st and was told that I could call around to find a pharmacy that had this solution in-stock and then come back to QFC to have the prescription transferred. Never did they offer to check on this for me. On February 4th, I received a text and an email saying, "my prescription was no longer available and to call the Pharmacy with any questions. I called, someone eventually answered and put me on hold. I was on hold for over 10 minutes when I was disconnected. So I went back to the pharmacy in person to find out what was happening. This time the lady who helped me couldn't have been more apologetic. She said, "we actually have two suppliers for this let me check with the other to see if they have it in stock. She said they did and it would be available for pickup the next day. No one mentioned (or knew about this) the previous visits. It's taken 10 days to receive these glaucoma eyedrops when it should have been one day at most. This has not been our first unhappy experience at QFC Redmond Ridge. But when Rite-Aid closed in Redmond (best pharmacy experiences we've ever had) this is the closest option. The main thing, is that most of the people working here don't really seem to care.

They got the prescription wrong, 30 tabs instead of 100, which would have cost 65% more to fill. They sent a text while refilling it properly but the link in the text took you to the wrong pharmacy, Scary incompetence.
