Today Andrew Nguyen (who also happens to be the store manager) was great with my slightly unusual situation including: helping me use frames I had purchased online at RayBan.com, explaining the technical details of different lenses to get me the best progressive fitting, and even helping me get money back from a current offer on one of my credit cards. Excellent service in all ways—I highly recommend this store/staff!
