Following a very poor experience at a different location where I purchased two pairs of glasses that were ultimately made incorrectly, I visited this store seeking assistance. The staff here were incredible. I would like to specifically thank Scott for his professionalism and diligence. He carefully analyzed the issue with my prescription lenses and ensured my remake was processed correctly with the required high-index lenses.
