⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience Thanks to Rudina!
We went to LensCrafters to buy glasses for my daughter, but we ended up getting pairs for the whole family! Rudina was absolutely wonderful—she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect frames and lenses for everyone. She took the time to explain options clearly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks to her professionalism and friendly attitude, what started as a quick visit turned into a great family shopping experience. Highly recommend asking for Rudina when you visit!

A mixed experience. I went for an exam and new glasses. First experience with Lens Crafters but I've been wearing glasses for several years.
Checking in for the exam I was told I'd have to pay out of pocket as they couldn't get my insurance to work. OK I said, I will go through the painful process of filing for reimbursement later.
Exam went fine, doc and tech were nice enough.
Once done, got my new prescription and got connected with a group of "retail" associates whose job is to sell you frames etc. Also - nice enough. The good news is that Rudina was really trying to get my insurance worked out, and she was able to get it to go through. Of course, I had to go back to the exam side of the house and get a refund and rebill using insurance, now that they figured out how to claim it from their end.
So I select frames (thanks Monica, you were patient and a great help). Finish the deal and I am told that it will be 7-10 days for the glasses to be ready. Not sure what happened to the "glasses in about an hour" thing but ok, I am accustomed to this process so I don't fight.
I wait about 15 days and haven't heard from them, so I give them a call to check on my new glasses. "Oh yeah they have been here since the 12th" which is about 4 days after I ordered them. Great, but WTH? "We notified you on..." and they had some bogus number. He actually read off the bogus number, and my real number as well. They had 2 numbers for me - obviously only tried to call on one of them - and never bothered to try again.
Summary:
At least 2 folks there (the guy who is the cashier for the exam side) and whomever is responsible to notify about orders being ready - they just don't care enough to try. They are doing the bare minumum.
2 folks - Rudina and Monica - great job.
Business gets a 3 for inconsistency.

Rudina is thee best! I spoke to her prior to coming in to the store and she was so welcoming and helpful! When I came into the store the next day after trying on several glasses and not finding the right one. Rudina knew exactly what type of glasses I like and I was able to pick a great pair with her assistance! She also helped with finding and billing my insurance. I will definitely come back for another pair of glasses at LensCrafters Redmond! Thank you Rudina, you are a gem!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
