- AAAmberleFeb 9, 20262.0Used to be amazing until I started a certain type of medication (pain management) then the staff suddenly started treating me differently. Was super harsh the first time I picked up my pain management medications barking at me that they will never refill my perscription early no matter how I ask (I had not), then its been an argument every time even when I call on my fill dates. They became rude and unhelpful, really made me feel judged and uncomfortable filling my medications here. I've moved pharmacies due to this behavior

They never answer the phone, will ignore a line full of people for 20 minutes, are rude and short. The only good staff member is Sarah and if it wasn't for her we wouldn't be getting our meds filled here.
