They never answer the phone, will ignore a line full of people for 20 minutes, are rude and short. The only good staff member is Sarah and if it wasn't for her we wouldn't be getting our meds filled here.

The only complaints I have are actually the health insurance policies making refilling scripts very annoying and delayed, but that is not the fault of the pharmacy staff. The staff are accommodating and mindful of their customers. I'd like to particularly name Sarah for always going above and beyond and being friendly and professional.
