  I usually wouldn't be so compelled to write a bad review based off of a bad interaction with the cashiers but. good god. I geniunely have never had a cashier be so insistent and pushy about a membership/phone # as here. (While just trying to buy an energy drink,) I said I didn't have a phone number with them since I come in maybe once a year and would not like to make one, they said they wanted to check if I had a phone number anyways, and I gave it to just end the interaction and continue checking out. After they didn't see an account, the cashier started asking for my first/last name, and I told them again I did not want to make an account with them (I buy one energy drink here a year??), and then the other cashier came in and said "really? you're kinda really missing out on savings when you come in here then," and the original cashier backed him up. I then said FOR THE THIRD TIME that I do not want to give them my information. Like seriously. The cashier was then basically silent the rest of the transaction. td:dr Jesus christ. I have seldom (if ever) had such the displeasure of interacting with a cashier in such an uncomfortable and pushy manner. These boys SERIOUSLY need to learn that the first no is enough. What an absolute headache. I very much intend to not come back and warn folks against coming here.

  They did not pull my order and have it ready in over a 24 hour period. When I went into the store they didn't have everything I ordered and when I said just give me a different flavor they said they couldn't because their manager wouldn't like that. So had them cancel the whole order as they were only willing to give me half of my order and not replace the rest with a different flavor. I would think the manager would rather have a customer purchase products and be satisfied then not. But guess not!!! I will not return to the GNC in the South Hill Mall nor will I buy from GNC again. Once my pro membership ends I will never renew.

  Just left the front of the store because the gate was halfway down from almost 15 minutes. Need to do better with staffing to accommodate needs of incoming customers.
