- MMMickeyFeb 20, 20261.0So. Slow. All. The. Time. There can be 2 people in front of you, and you still have to wait an hour just to be told "not ready yet". Then you have to wait another hour for the meds to be ready, then you have to wait ANOTHER hour in line again once they're ready. Ugh.

I believe this pharmacy has improved greatly in their customer service and timely processing speeds. It matters what time you go to this pharmacy. If you don’t want to have a long wait, earlier is definitely better. The lines are much shorter. Regardless, the visiting with the cashiers is minimal and the line moves at about 3-4 minutes per person. If you are waiting for a prescription to be filled, they will tell you it will take another 15-20 minutes. It’s enough time to wander the store and buy some donuts. Most of the time when I return, my prescription is ready. I think they have improved on this process a lot. I recently had a great experience with one of the technicians. I had refused an automatic refill because I didn’t need it yet. It was reshelved. A week later I wanted to refill it but my doc had made out a new prescription and the refill numbers had changed. Rather than wait for them to fax my doc, I called & explained my situation. It was resolved quickly without having to contact my doc for something he had already prescribed.
