  Me and my husband had an appointment 10 minutes apart our Doctor got it all setup for us even sent us a check in code we showed up that day Tamara at front desk was horrible attitude very bad customer service a white lady in front of us was treated bad so she left the place when was our turn she wanted us to check in at the kiosk and i told her that it was our first time there and we didn't know how to do it and ask her for help she asked me in a bad mood what's your name so i gave her my name and last name and she said no you don’t have an appointment she said your name is here but is not confirm so we cant see you today i tried to give her the code that i got sent via email she wouldn’t even bother looking at it because she said is not how they do it she said i need to go online and schedule an appointment , i ask her if we can just do a walk in since we were there and my husband was already missing morning work she said it was gonna take about 4 hours before we can get in any of the rooms , so we left the place wishing we would never came in to that place . So i hope everybody gets to read the reviews before schedule an appointment at this place so you never go to this place and get treated very badly . People like her shouldn't be working there

  Labs are not necessarily the highlight of any day, but Danielle was super friendly and made it an enjoyable visit.

  I’ve been here many times and I always try to get my labs done here. Never had any issues. Quick, courteous and they are good at their job. I don’t have easy veins and I’ve never been poked twice here. Thanks Danielle!
