  Seriously the worst. Appointments preferred appointments are over a week out. Test for merchant mariners must be completed within 24 hours. Every time it's the same no one even at the counter literally the worst place I've ever done a drug test.

  Divina was amazing! Very professional and kind. Got my blood on the 1st try with no issues and I’m typically a miserable stick. In terms of convenience this location is not convenient for me. However, very clean & well maintained. I did not schedule an appointment because the system would not allow me to for whatever reason, but I was helped almost immediately after I checked in as a standby. I don’t know why their drug testing hrs are capped at 1pm, perhaps it’s about specimen pickup, but if they had later cutoff times that would be helpful for a lot of ppl! In general, it was a good experience. Would recommend!

  The two ladies working Saturday 2/28 around 11:30am, especially the one who drew my blood (I forgot her name) were so nice and soft spoken. That’s exactly the type of energy I need around me when I’m getting my blood drawn. Thanks!

  I’ve been to this location twice and Devina was EXTREMELY helpful both visits. She waited with and helped me for 45 minutes while she figured out why my insurance wouldn’t take! She has gotten it to work both times now. She has a great attitude, and she’s got great customer service.

  I've been to two Quest locations. They don't treat people decently. Their checking-in kiosk doesn't work. The link to the site ( sent via text to me] to check in didn't work. When trying to make an appt., their phone glitches and asks you to call back, but nothing gets fixed. No one at the front desk. The "professionals"are rude and can't communicate properly. They take no ownership for their failed service. Skip the frustration. Go somewhere else for your bloodwork.
