- LHLauraBeth Henry4 days ago1.0Was accused of "insurance fraud" and cut off/spoken to so rudely when I tried to explain I have used this drug savings card with my insurance many times. I was rudely told to go back to the other pharmacy I used, which happens to be another Fred Meyers. I did, and checked with them there if what I was doing was okay. Low and behold it was, my copay was reduced, as it should have been in the first place. I get folks are stressed and their work load is ridiculous, but taking a little more time to check into the specifications instead of accusing would have been the best course of action. Guess I'll drive further to be treated with respect.

Last week we made an appointment on Saturday, arrived at appointment time just to be told they ran out the day before and they forgot to let us know. Annoying but no big deal..tried to set a new appt for the following Saturday and we're told we didn't need one just come in at ANYTIME and we will get in. We came back following Saturday at 12:30 and we're told they are going to lunch soon and wouldn't have enough time to give us the shots. I totally understand lunch times and I wouldn't ask anybody to work on their lunch but this isn't right up the road from us and to be told "anytime" just come in without a heads up of "closed" times..Just very frustrating.
