The pain was so intense it made me nauseous, I couldn’t eat, I had a migraine, and even sitting in the car was unbearable. Truly miserable. Last minute, I called in desperation, and they still managed to get me onboarded as a brand-new patient within three hours. They took X-rays, explained everything clearly, and even got me adjusted the same day because of how much pain I was in. I genuinely don’t know what I would’ve done without them. Their kindness, urgency, and professionalism made all the difference today. I’m so grateful — and honestly excited — for my follow-up appointment on Wednesday! Highly, highly recommend. 🙌💛
- SSSandraOct 30, 20251.0They had Mason treat me. He informed me I had a herniated disc that was causing pain from my back, bottom, hip , and to my ankle. He made it worse that I ended up in the Er the nexts day in so much pain that I couldn’t walk. He is inexperienced ! Wish he would have been more realistic that he could not have helped me instead of thinking he could fix it. I got a price sheet from Amanda and she charged for a consultation. All she did was gave me the cost and to set up appointment. That is not a consultation. Then when I got my bill she said that was just an estimate. So it sounds like based on what insurance company you have that determines what they charge you because they said they charge what the insurance allows. They don’t seem to be consistent on their pricing and always want to make it about what I owe on my deductible. Never heard of other chiropractors doing that. They won’t remove unnecessary charges.
