Last week we made an appointment on Saturday, arrived at appointment time just to be told they ran out the day before and they forgot to let us know. Annoying but no big deal..tried to set a new appt for the following Saturday and we're told we didn't need one just come in at ANYTIME and we will get in. We came back following Saturday at 12:30 and we're told they are going to lunch soon and wouldn't have enough time to give us the shots. I totally understand lunch times and I wouldn't ask anybody to work on their lunch but this isn't right up the road from us and to be told "anytime" just come in without a heads up of "closed" times..Just very frustrating.

I normally use another pharmacy but I was in pain and ask a doctor to use the closest one. They first could not figure out how to check my insurance even I have never had any issue with that before, I am suffering on pain went to call to insurance and got additional information from them. Kimberly should not work with people!!!! Ever! She is evil person who was withholding my meds no reason knowing that I do have insurance. They could just call and confirm but they said they are not going to call for everyone. Then eventually when I try to take my meds which they handle me, one of them just grabbed it out of my hands like crazy because it was 13$ copay. To disrespect people like that for 13$ are you kidding me?! What? Would I run away with pills for stomach and payment 13$????? I know why I got that treatment, it was because I am an immigrant and they seem to be very unhappy to even talk to me. Real discrimination! Shame!!!!
