DO NOT GO HERE. I came here cause Multicare had a longer wait and they had essential zero wait times (for a reason) that should have been the first red flag. Essentially I had a busted lip from my son hitting me with a toy and the provider Brandon took a one second look at it and told me I had a cold sore despite never having one in my life and prescribed medication for it, well I insisted they swab it anyways cause like how do you take one second to look at it and diagnose me with something serious as hsv1 without confirming it, so I INSIST on a swab to confirm. Come to find out the swab they took was insufficient for the test so no one there knows what they are even doing and honestly that was clear from every interaction from every staff member there. On top of that it took 10 days of me constantly bugging them to even get the update they uploaded false results into my portal (they were blank) after five days and when I mentioned it not making sense they stated the lab JUST received the sample FIVE DAYS after the fact and they SUBMITTED THE WRONG ORDER so the lab couldn't even run it. So then they claim they fixed the issue and it would be ran so five days later still nothing ten days later I find out the sample was rejected but they still have processed fake lab results in my chart. They are a SCAM they literally did NOTHING for me. On top of that my lip never progressed into a cold sore like he claimed it would, blistering, scabbing, oozing etc. It simply was a busted lip but the provider was money motivated to diagnose me with something I didn't even have without running test to confirm, and the test I advocated to be performed to confirm, weren't even conducted properly and efficiently. Sooooo all this to say, just go to Multicare, there is a reason why their wait times are long, the quality of service is top tier and carbon health is garbage

I walked in after an allergic reaction took a turn and became severe. Within seconds of the front desk staff seeing me and hearing me say I was having an allergic reaction I was taken back to a room. I mean girl flew through the door and had staff with me in seconds. I had a provider in the room with a nurse or ma(not sure which I was busy with anaphylactic shock) and they had vitals going and an emergency plan in effect. Epi and monitoring. They were amazing recognizing this was an emergency situation and went right into action. No delays, no issues no problems what so ever. Immediate response and action, flawless teamwork and communication and prioritizing my safety and well being. I obviously encourage 911 or a hospital in an emergency situation such as anaphylactic shock but I went from not feeling well to oh crap so fast and was right by the clinic (thank god). The team I saw was incredibly supportive and helpful today and I am so grateful. What an incredible and solid team, I am beyond grateful for the care I received today.

Appointments mean nothing. Walk ins will be seen before you. Oh and definitely come here if you want to be forgotten about in a room for 45 minutes after being told somebodies on the way. Finally got tired of waiting and found the entire staff in their break lounge laughing and talking, dr Keaton said "oh I thought you were gone already youre good to go" when I asked about the injection he and the nurse said I was supposed to get he says "I thought you already got that". Also had to be swabbed twice because dr Keaton forgot to tell the nurse it might be an sti. What a joke

Poor transparency of services available, which ultimately caused poor standard of care for my daughter. We booked an urgent care appointment this afternoon for a possible fractured wrist and spoke to the CSR on the phone to book. We were able to be seen much faster than other urgent cares in the area, and after debating waiting a few hours at our usual urgent care Indigo, we chose to book at Carbon since the wait was shorter. It wasn't until after check in, co-pay, and exam with the provider that we were informed X-rays were unavailable at this location today. Our options were either go to the ER, come back another day for X-rays, or get a referral to a third party imaging provider which was no longer open for the day. This should have been communicated up front, prior to scheduling. Our provider informed us that their company policy is to not inform patients when this happens, but instead let them book the appointment. We wasted hours when we could have been provided the needed imaging services through another urgent care provider the same day. Very disappointed, I will not be back.

Came here for the first time for a flu check up yesterday. Staff was seemingly indifferent, which is fine, its an urgent care so that didn't really matter to me. What mattered was at the end of the check up the doctor wrote a prescription for me that never got sent through. I went to 2 different Walgreens yesterday and got told I wasn't in the system. I tried calling carbon back twice and was left on hold long enough to where it felt like I was forgotten both times.
Called back this morning and found out that basically no one hit "submit" on my prescription. This isn't a life or death matter if I get these pills, but what if it was something a lot more serious?
3/5, most likely won't go through Carbon again.
