  I see Deb at Puget Sound Hearing in Puyallup. Very friendly and professional. I received my Phonak Audéo Infinio Ultra Sphere I90 hearing aids last July 2025. Thankfully I have great insurance. These are the top of the line HA and work great. Even connect to my cell to steam music, make calls, etc.. I love having an app on my cell to connect and change settings if needed. While on vacation last fall my left HA was lost. I finally called this month (March) and found out I was able to get it replaced under a warranty. I received my replacement March 18, 2026. Thank you for wonderful service and providing the best product.

  The Audiologist was very professional, helpful and informative. She provided me with excellent service and gave me the best solution to my hearing situation. I definitely recommend Audio Nova to any with hearing difficulties.

  I have never had a hearing aid before. I was nervous, but Deb was calming, reassuring and very, very helpful. She turned me on and I am born anew. Thank you, Deb. She explained the various devices and I told her the one I wanted. She went on line and got the information on the one I wanted and worked with my insurance and helped me with everything. She continues to help me with all my questions. I know she is always there for me. Thank you, Deb.
