Teri and a few of the older members are incredibly kind here but I have had horrible experiences with other members over the phone and for while in person, it had begun to get better but I still struggle with people over the phone rather than in person and it's immensely aggravating and causes more stress than I genuinely need as someone who's autistic and disabled, my peace of mind and self is incredibly important.

This pharmacy has always been so good to me and the staff has always been amazing. Today I walked in and heard somebody making a joke about being a stereotypical white person and the entire white staff laughing. Also, every time I go to the pharmacy, I gave my kids suckers as long as they’re good. The lady that works in The office to the right of the entrance roiled her eyes when she asked if she could give both of my kids a sucker, and I said no because one of them bulldozed me while we where in there. When I told her about this, she rolled her eyes at me. The level of unprofessional conduct I experienced today made me transfer pharmacies while still in the parking lot. I have also added a previous review to this post to show that This almost seemingly all weight staff continues to be an issue. I also know that they fired one of my friends and to be quite honest. I’m pretty sure it is because of the fact that she is Part of the minority community. I will not be surprised if the person that initially made the comment About being white isn’t fired, but my friend was. And mind you, despite my friend being fired from this pharmacy, I continue to go here for six months now. This person has nothing to do with my friend, just my sneaking suspicion of racism.

Live half an hour out of town; came in to pick up a prescription that was sent in yesterday morning. Had two small kiddos and was waiting in line for a bit. Got to the counter and gave my name and birthdate. The lady told me that it would be 45-60 minutes. I let her know I really couldn’t wait that long with two small babies and asked why if it was sent in yesterday that I would still need to wait longer and she said “well we are 700 prescriptions behind. Next in line!” And just dismissed me. Will never get my prescription filled here ever again. A little compassion goes a really long way. If she had been a little kinder, I would not have any issue at all.
